Yummy Yummy Yummy!

These are considered a delicacy in Smalltown USA. Morel mushrooms!! You find them in a woods near you or a park, or maybe even in your backyard. My husband found these and cooked them up. They're soooo yummy! He found these in his friend's woods. We've only found4 in my small woods so far. Don't know what makes them grow where they do. Sometimes they come back in the same spot the next year, sometimes they don't. Some people say look around dead Elm trees. It's a big secret where people find their mushrooms. They won't tell anyone where they found them. (And I won't either) I know I should have got a picture before they were fried up, but when they were sitting on the table ready for me to dig in and eat them I couldn't resist taking a picture to make everyone jealous.
